  • When will my order ship?
    • Order ships 24 hours after your order is placed Monday-Friday. If post offices are closed, it will be shipped the following day. Orders placed Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • When do you restock?
    • We restock every other week and have a live sale once a month.
  • Are all your pins real?
    • Yes, we take great pride in knowing all our pins come straight from Disneyland resort. If pins are purchased from collections, We check all pins before listing. All pins that do not prove to be authentic are kept apart and are disposed of.
  • Do you buy collections?
    • YES! Have any collection. Big or small. Feel free to contact us using our "contact us" link. When selling keep in mind we buy to resell so you will not receive full "street" value of your pins. Nor will I buy an resell at outrageous prices. Here at CITC we take all budgets into consideration when reselling, we want everyone to be able to enjoy the magic of pintrading.
  •  Return Policy
    • We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. In the case of damaged pins, please contact us within 24 hours of package delivery for a refund or exchange if pin available. Crystal In The Castle will provide a shipping label for the damaged item and will refund once item is received. 
  • I ordered 10(+) blind bags and they didn’t ship next day? What’s going on?! 
    • Orders over 10 are bulk orders! (100 pins or more) they ship in 1-2 weeks within ordering! Packing and counting 100+ pins can be extensive! Your label might be ready! That’s a good indication that I’m working on your order! If you haven’t seen movement 14 business days after your bulk order please contact me!
